HOW WE WORK
1. You enquire via the website, email, or phone. We aim to acknowledge all enquiries within one working day.
2. We ask you a series of questions regarding your preferences, size and project/room your piece will be hung within. This information is best gained via phone and formalised via email.
3. We send you a quote and current lead time.
4. Shipping quotes may be sourced at this stage.
5. You confirm the order, and we send an invoice.
6. We source and send a sample of the intended timber, also a commission contract and your order is provisionally booked into our workshop schedule.
7. On receipt of sample approval, signed contract and full payment, we confirm your estimated completion date.
8. Towards the end of production, we re-confirm delivery details.
9. After delivery, we provide supportive aftercare.
